The Role
We're looking for a talented multidisciplinary graphic designer to join our dynamic team in London. We need someone highly creative and self-motivated, capable of inspiring innovation in how we address home energy consumption through smart AI-enabled automation. As we strive to better support our in- house UX design and marketing teams, you'll assist with UI design requirements and contribute to enhancing branding collaterals and brand communications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UX design team to create assets, develop design systems and user research
- Design creative brand collaterals from ideation to final production
- Develop and maintain visual assets for the website
- Design visually striking graphics for various brand communications
- Develop and maintain company social platforms
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's or above ideally in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Creative portfolio showcasing diverse graphic solutions
- Effectively integrate guidance from art senior designers into final design work
- Versatility across diverse product types and multidisciplinary design fields
- Familiar with UI kits design – Iconography
- Proficient in various design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent prioritisation and personal management skills
- Strong initiative and quick learning abilities
- Proficient in spoken and written English at a professional level
- Understanding of the printing process and final production delivery
Furthermore, we value
- Experience in motion graphics and animations (After Effects)
- Experience with 3D tools such as Blender
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience in web design
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) specifically WordPress
- Experience in working on social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Understanding of SEO principles and techniques to enhance website visibility and rankings
